LA MESA - is looking for an ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER!
Venue Location: 25 NEW STREET, PAISLEY. PA1 1XU
Serving up Mexican street food all day long and home of Paisley's finest Margaritas!
REQUIREMENTS;
Minimum 2 years management experience.
Strong team leadership & people management skills.
Understanding of business operations.
Experience in budgeting & forecasting.
Strong written & verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Personal license holder - or the intention to sit your course.
Experience in a fast paced bar/restaurant setting is prefered.
Full training and support is provided from day one, and you will also have the opportunity for training with our Executive Chef, as an understanding of our menu is crucial for this role.
