Ensuring all on site practices are being adhered to and insist on a 'right first time' culture. Ensure progress and variation information is being captured for accurate reporting. Experience: Passive fire protection experience with fire doors Planning and scheduling works of others to deliver Monitoring and maintaining productivity, health and safety and quality standards Qualifications: NVQ Level 5 or above in Passive Fire Protection ILM Level 3 or equivalent SMSTS

You ll be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, ensuring smooth delivery of works, and maintaining high standards of health & safety and resident communication.
