Senior Sales Negotiator - Leading Independent Estate Agency
Basic £25,000 - £30,000 + 15% Commission + petrol Mileage
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Every Other Saturday 9:30am - 1:00pm

The Role
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from generating and canvassing new business, through to listing, negotiating, and progressing sales to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, delivering results, and working with integrity.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Canvassing for new business and securing instructions.
- Conducting market appraisals and converting valuations into listings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth sales progression.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market.
- Proven track record in estate agency sales.
- Confident, driven, and target-focused.
- Honest, trustworthy, and transparent in your approach.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong local market knowledge (Finchley and surrounding areas desirable).
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate and convert leads.
- Basic salary £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)
- 15% commission on sales
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
- Every other Saturday, 9:30am - 1pm
