Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Staffordshire, UK Company: Tier 1 Main Contractor Salary: 70,000 - 75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function on a 30 million industrial development based in Staffordshire . This is a pivotal opportunity with a Tier 1 main contractor , delivering a flagship scheme within the industrial and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects, excellent contractual knowledge, and the confidence to lead commercial strategy on site while mentoring junior members of the team.
