Sales Manager - Conveyor Systems

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships across a broad portfolio of clients in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and e-commerce. This is a strategic role that blends solution selling with hands-on customer engagement. You ll work closely
with internal teams, including engineering, applications, and aftersales to deliver tailored solutions that meet the demands of modern supply chains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue across assigned territories
  • Manage existing key accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and solution presentations
  • Collaborate with engineering and applications teams to deliver fit-for-purpose proposals
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and report on pipeline activity to senior leadership
  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry events

What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in industrial automation, material handling, or related
  • sectors
  • Strong consultative selling and solution-based sales approach
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and build strong customer relationships
  • Comfortable with travel across the UK
