Repairs & Maintenance Officer

Apex Resources are working with a group of Care Homes who are looking for a number of Site Maintenance Officers on a temp to perm basis.

The role is split doing handyman/decoration type works and periodic compliance checks (ie checking condition of rooms/fire alarms tests).

All candidates MUST HAVE an Enhanced DBS and extensive experience working in a Care Home/Student Accommodation/Social Housing environment.

There are currently 3 live vacancies: Putney, Worthing and Salisbury.
