Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client servicing or account management (1-3 years for Executive, 4+ years for Manager roles).
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Confidence in handling multiple stakeholders and fast-paced deadlines.
Skill & Experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, digital, production).
  • Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, or advertising is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
