This is a key role responsible for managing the full facade package from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring all work meets design, quality, safety, and programme objectives. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete facade package including curtain walling, cladding, glazing, and associated envelope works. Oversee facade design coordination, ensuring alignment with the structural RC frame and architectural intent. Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and the wider construction team to ensure facade works are delivered on time and within budget. Review and approve design submissions, shop drawings, and material samples. Ensure all facade elements comply with current building regulations, fire safety requirements, and sustainability standards. Monitor onsite installation progress and coordinate sequencing with structural works. Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging/defects close-out. Support health and safety standards across all facade activities. Report progress, risks, and issues to senior project leadership.
