Located right next tothe iconic Oxford Street - one of London's busiest and most famous shopping destinations - this Be At One is perfectly placed among retail giants like Selfridges, Nike Town, and John Lewis. With a steady flow of office workers, shoppers, and loyal regulars, it's a go-to spot for everything from after-work drinks to weekend celebrations.
Spanning two floors and a basement, the venue blends industrial chic style with plush seating, exposed brick, and a buzzing atmosphere. Guests can choose from over 100 cocktails, enjoy daily happy hour deals, and take advantage of midweek specials like "Midweek Mixtape" margaritas. It's a vibrant space perfect for spontaneous pit stops, private parties, and cocktail masterclasses - with room for up to 80 guests downstairs for more exclusive events.

We're on the hunt for a General Manager who's the full package - financially savvy, people-focused, and an exceptional host. You'll bring the energy and leadership to keep this high-performing, fast-paced site running smoothly from open till close. Whether it's delivering standout guest experiences on the floor, driving revenue through smart planning and promotions, or inspiring a high-performing team, you'll do it all with confidence and style. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a lively, late-night environment and knows how to balance strong commercial awareness with a love for great hospitality.
