Key Responsibilities: Take full commercial ownership of the 30m project from pre-construction through to final account Prepare and manage accurate cost reports, CVRs, cash flows, and forecasts Oversee procurement, negotiation, and administration of subcontract packages Lead monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts Ensure compliance with NEC or JCT contract forms as appropriate Work closely with the Project Manager and wider site team to ensure successful delivery Develop and maintain relationships with client and consultant teams Provide leadership and mentoring to Assistant/Intermediate QS staff Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent (HNC/HND with extensive experience considered) 6+ years' experience with a main contractor in the UK construction industry Strong track record on industrial or commercial projects valued 20m+ In-depth knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts High-level reporting and analytical skills, with strong commercial acumen Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities Proficient in commercial software such as COINS, Excel, or similar Full UK driving licence and willingness to be site-based in Staffordshire What We Offer: Salary: 70,000 - 75,000 (depending on experience) Car allowance Private healthcare & enhanced pension scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays Structured development and clear progression routes Key role on a high-value, career-defining project Apply now or contact me on the below: Katie Luckman - (phone number removed) -
