Recruitment Resourcer

InstaStaff are hiring, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our based at our office in Erdington.

We are small, family run recruitment agency, but big in client base, service and values.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to support with both temporary and permanent vacancies

The duties of the Recruitment Resourcer will be:

• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Searching for relevant CVs on CV Library and Total Jobs
• Short listing candidates from adverts and Indeed
• Writing and posting adverts
• In depth conversations with candidates about the vacancies and their experience, reasons for leaving etc
• Answering the phones and taking messages
• Dealing with emails from clients and candidates

The ideal Recruitment Resourcer will have:

• Experience within a similar role
• Experience of working within an agency environment
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to dig deep and not be afraid to ask questions

Hours of work for the Recruitment Resourcer will be Monday Thursday 8am 4pm, Friday 8am 1pm. Hours can be flexible for the right person.

The salary for the Recruitment Resourcer will be between £26,000 plus commission, with the opportunity for the salary to go up to £28,000 after 3 months.
