We re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS scale-up in Manchester. If you love consultative selling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of something exciting this is the role for you.
What you ll do:
- Deliver high-quality demos to qualified leads booked into your diary
- Own the full sales cycle from pitch to close
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Hit monthly KPIs and revenue targets
What you ll need:
- 1 2+ years of B2B sales experience Software / SaaS industry experience
- Proven closer with strong consultative selling skills
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with a data-driven mindset
- Resilience, organisation, and a passion for hitting and exceeding targets
- Confident communicator and presenter, with strong written and verbal skills
- Experience managing your own sales diary and pipeline
