Higher Level Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with teachers to plan and deliver lessons across various subjects
• Providing individualised support to students with diverse learning needs
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Supervising and leading small group activities and interventions
• Contributing to the development of Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Relevant qualifications, such as an HLTA certificate or equivalent
• Proven experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar educational role
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• The ability to adapt to individual student needs and learning styles
• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £110 to £130 per day, depending on your experience and qualifications.
