Property Block Manager - Fully Remote London Portfolio
We're hiring an experienced Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across London. Fully remote, with site visits as needed.

What You'll Do:
- Manage a portfolio of leasehold blocks across London
- Handle budgets, service charges, and financial reporting
- Build strong client relationships - be their go-to
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and major works (Section 20)
- Attend and lead AGMs and residents' meetings
- Keep everything running smoothly - from site inspections to contractor management
About You:
- 2+ years' block management experience
- IRPM qualified or working towards
- Confident communicator and highly organised
- UK driving licence & access to a vehicle for site visits
