Our client manages a beautiful 340-acre private estate in Surrey, home to livestock, pasture, woodland, and a range of buildings and vehicles. The estate is maintained to a high standard by a dedicated team focused on presentation, efficiency, and ongoing development projects throughout the year.

As Head of Maintenance, you will lead the estate's day-to-day operations and longer-term projects, overseeing pasture management, team leadership, and livestock operations. This is a varied and hands-on role combining practical work with planning and management responsibilities.
