Job Description
Organon is recruiting for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. This role within the IT Department is to support our infrastructure; including networks, server platforms and their supporting facilities and hardware; ensuring that these systems are developed, implemented and maintained within Corporate and Regulatory guidelines.
Role Responsibilities:
Co Management and delivery of minor capital projects.
Provide infrastructure support for other IT projects, aligning with company technology standards.
Key member of the IT Packaging Modernisation/Expansion project - defining and implementing modern technology standards with global SMEs.
Collaboration with global technology teams through value streams.
Coordinate delivery of infrastructure assets with local vendors.
Active role in defining and designing our local infrastructure landscape as part of our assets Lifecycle Management program.
Participate in continuous improvement processes working with the IT team and business to realise productivity and operation availability of critical site assets.
Contribute towards defining system and strategy for Infrastructure assets (Lifecycle Management).
Support and troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and issues, leveraging global experts and SME knowledge (network, servers, firewall etc).
Support infrastructure changes through defined change control processes.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Degree in Science, IT or similar relevant discipline or relevant experience.
Creative, innovative, thinks outside of the box, self-motivated, applies problem-solving skills, and solid base in IT fundamentals and equipment troubleshooting.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with working with, supporting network technologies (WAN, LAN, Wi-FI etc.)
Project/Time Management skills which deliver on-time and quality work.
Awareness of the Computerised Systems Validation approach and FDA / MHRA Regulatory requirements relating to manufacturing systems.
