We're looking for a forward-thinking Digital Business Analyst to join our fast-paced and innovative Digital function. In this pivotal role, you'll act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, translating ideas into actionable user stories that drive meaningful change. You'll lead the charge in gathering, analysing, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity, alignment, and readiness for development. Your insights will help shape digital products that deliver real value to users and stakeholders alike.

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders; you'll play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery. You'll champion agile ways of working, contribute to continuous improvement, and help foster a culture of innovation and excellence. What will I be doing?
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a well-structured product backlog.
  • Craft high-quality user stories and tasks that are clear, actionable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Elicit, analyse, and manage requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Assess proposed solutions and designs, providing constructive feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document current ('As is') and future ('To be') process flows to support business transformation.
  • Support agile delivery by assisting the Scrum Master and acting as a proxy Product Owner when needed.
What do I need?
  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, with strong skills in story mapping, prioritisation, and MVP definition. Preferably focusing on Digital products and environments.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation, process and data modelling, and managing the full requirement lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced user of Jira and familiar with Agile software development practices, with solid technical understanding of architecture, databases, and development methodologies.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a confident and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable challenging peers and stakeholders to uphold quality standards, with a commitment to producing best-in-class user stories and EPICs.
