Arrange young people s stays, ensuring support and a welcoming environment. Ensure health and safety through regular checks and reporting. Provide regular support and planning sessions for young people Support young people in preparing for independent living and long-term housing. Participate in a 24-hour on-call service. About You You will need to have the following skills and experience: Experience and an understanding of working with Care Leavers, young people experiencing homelessness, unaccompanied asylum seekers or people in crisis Experience in supporting young people with their support needs, working closely with other key professionals.
