Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a major Data Centre project based in Co. Kildare.

With a strong presence across Ireland and mainland Europe, their key sectors include Energy, Power & Renewables, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, and Mission Critical facilities. As part of their ongoing growth across Ireland, the UK, Germany, Denmark, and Sweden, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to help drive commercial success and ensure best-in-class delivery on a high-value project.

Key Responsibilities:
Ownership of commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Liaising with the client s commercial and contract teams
Managing procurement processes, including subcontractor packages
Conducting cost and risk analysis
Reviewing critical incoming correspondence and initiating appropriate contractual responses
Overseeing the commercial performance of subcontractors
Producing accurate cost, margin, and cash flow reports
Managing project change order procedures and negotiating costs
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Degree-qualified in Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying
Experience working in Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying roles
Data Centre experience desirable but not essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced electrical/mechanical project environment
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A team player who enjoys contributing to high-performing project teams
