The Company:

The company are a market-leading FMCG Company working within the Food industry.

About the Role:

As Production Manager, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage production schedules and resources to meet output targets and deadlines.
• Uphold and enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve KPIs, quality benchmarks, and operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.

About you:

• Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar role within the FMCG sector (food industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and a track record of implementing safety best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• HACCP qualified

Package:

• £52,000 per year
• 7% pension plan non contributory
• 4 on 4 off DAYS
