Job Title: Site Manager / Supervisor
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Needham Market & Ipswich area
Salary: £200 per day CIS or Umbrella or £150 per day PAYE, when you have passed the probation your PAYE slaray will be £38,000 + Car Allowance

Company, Project & Benefits of a Site Manager / Supervisor:

Due to recent project wins, our client has an urgent requirement for an additional Site Manager / Supervisor to join their team based in Needham Market. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with a positive attitude who is ready to hit the ground running.

You ll be working on kitchen and bathroom upgrade programmes within the Needham Market & Ipswich area (local travel only), supporting social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects. We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and a genuine team player who can work closely with our existing Site Manager to get the job done.

Responsibilities of a Site Manager / Supervisor:
  • Overseeing kitchen & bathroom replacement programmes

  • Scoping and SOR coding of void properties

  • Managing sub-contractors and operatives on-site

  • Ensuring works are completed on time, to quality standards and in line with Health & Safety requirements

  • Coordinating day-to-day site operations and reporting to management

Desirable Experience of a Site Manager / Supervisor:
  • Experience working on kitchen and bathroom programmes within the social housing sector

  • Strong knowledge of void property scoping

  • Ability to SOR code (or willingness to learn we re open to ex-Operatives ready to step up and train)

  • A hands-on approach and a flexible, can-do attitude

  • Experience working in small teams and supporting wherever needed

Qualifications & Skills of a Site Manager / Supervisor:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within housing maintenance or refurbishment

  • Familiarity with void property inspection, reporting and coding

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Team player mentality and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of site coordination
