Here is a taste of what you will doing day to day: Assessing learners in their workplace using a range of assessment methods whilst preparing learners for their End Point Assessment Using an array of delivery techniques, this could include 1-2-1 support, group workshops and remote visits Providing constructive and developmental feedback to learners Ensuring all learners records are maintained and compliant with Department of Education and Ofsted requirements Engaging with employers, promoting the Lewtay Quality of Service to support all current and future learners Providing additional support for any learners with additional needs Maintaining up to date progress reviews for all learners with constructive feedback to employers building successful working relationships Attending regular team and standardisation meeting Working closely with the assessment and internal quality team to support colleagues whenever possible.
