About us: BUBIC (Bringing Unity Back Into the Community) is an award winning, peer-led substance misuse service supporting individuals affected by drug and alcohol dependency. We work directly with vulnerable individuals, helping them break cycles of addiction and social exclusion. Our team plays a crucial role in engaging with people who may not access traditional services, offering immediate support and practical solutions to improve their well-being. Our team, many with lived experience, offers non-judgmental support, outreach, and education to help people on their journey to recovery. Main Purpose of the Role: To lead the effective and high-quality delivery of peer-led support for individuals on their recovery journey across the Borough of Haringey. This role will require dynamic, hands-on management of BUBIC s team, encompassing staff, peer mentors, and volunteers, to meet key performance indicators and community needs. You will represent BUBIC s values in all aspects of your work, including strengthening existing partnerships and cultivating new community links.
