Top 50 Opportunity Your new firm A Top 50 firm of Chartered Accountants are looking to expand their North West team and with this are looking to appoint an Accounts & Audit Senior or Supervisor to join their Corporate Services team in any of their North West offices (Manchester, Preston, Liverpool) This is an excellent opportunity for a ACA \/ ACCA finalist or recently qualified accountant to develop their audit skills and work with high profile clients. Your new role As an Accounts & Audit Senior \/ Supervisor you will join their Corporate Services team providing a range of accounting and audit assignments to a variety of clients including professional practices, motor dealers, manufacturing and academies. Your main office base can either be Preston, Liverpool or Manchester and the firm are offering a permanent hybrid way of working. You will be responsible for supporting client managers with the planning of assignments and day to day duties will include supervising audit assignments and preparing and supervising statutory accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with your clients, involvement in planning and completion audit meetings, identifying cross selling opportunities and presenting back to clients. There will also be the opportunity to gain involvement in special work such as due diligence assignments, CF work and cashflow forecasting. What you'll need to succeed The firm are seeking an ACA \/ ACCA finalist or recently qualified accountant who has either trained within a Top 10 firm or an independent firm where your workload was weighted at least 40% towards audit. You must be a positive and driven individual who is committed to providing excellent clients service and is also committed to their own personal development within public practice.
