Production Operative

The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for Production Operatives to join our team based in Witney.

Our client is a global leader in sustainable paper and packaging!

Location: Witney

Shift Times:

• X3 shift rotation
• 06.00 - 14.00 - week 1
• 14.00 - 14.00 - week 2
• 22.00 - 06.00 - week 3

Pay Rate:

• 15.81 per hour
• Paid weekly, every Friday!
• Overtime paid at 23.72!
• Bank holidays paid at 45.99!

Responsibilities of the Production Operatives:

• Comply with health and safety standards and reporting any near misses or incidents
• Undertake quality checks
• smooth flow of materials into production machinery
• Feeding raw materials
• Operating machinery and assembling products
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Load, unload and move materials within the warehouse
• Use of forklift trucks

Requirements of the Production Operatives:

• Have at least 1 year CB FLT experience
• Have a CB FLT License, in-house is accepted but fully accredited is desirable!

This is a temp to perm position following a successful trial period!
