A global consulting firm based in central London is currently seeking a Principle Consultant to join their executive remuneration team. This is an exciting position offering the opportunity to lead strategic client engagements and shape executive pay programmes for FTSE-listed and private companies.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience working within executive remuneration, in a consulting/advisory role. Candidates must have strong ability and experience in leading client engagements, with working knowledge of corporate governance, share plans, and directors' remuneration reporting. An ACA qualification would be advantageous, and strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.
