Internal Telesales Executive Chepstow (office based) NOT REMOTE
The Role of Internal Telesales Executive
- This is an office based / internal inbound account manager role.
- Office hours are Monday Friday 8.30pm 5.00pm.
- As internal Telesales Executive you will work as part of a dynamic, friendly team.
- The role will involve handling mostly inbound calls from existing customers that will include fabricators, contractors and manufacturing companies.
- You will manage between 50 and 80 customers maintaining existing relationships (over the phone and by email). These customers are small to medium size businesses through to corporate customers.
- You will process orders, up sell, offer best in class customer service.

The Package on offer for the Internal Telesales Executive
- 30,000 - 36,000 DOE
- Profit share 3k 5k in year 1 year 2-5 8k - 30k
- 25 days annual leave plus stats
