Job Opportunity: Mill Operative - Immediate Start
Location: Stadbroke, Eye
Starting Rate: 12.81 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, alternating shifts
Shift 1: 6:00am - 2:15pm
Shift 2: 2:00pm - 10:15pm
Temp to Perm Opportunity + Progression
Are you reliable, hard-working, and looking for a hands-on role in a growing business? We're hiring Mill Operatives to join a busy production team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lifting and handling bags of dog food (up to 15kg)
- Stacking and wrapping pallets
- Following health & safety procedures
- Working efficiently as part of a team
- Helping keep production running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
- A "can-do" attitude and team spirit
- Willingness to learn and get stuck in
- Good time management and reliability
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures (cold/hot)
Reach truck and FLT training are a bonus - but not essential!
