Interim Payroll Manager - ASAP Start - Up to £70 DOE - ADP - 3-4 Months with extension potential - hybrid

Your New Company

You'll be joining a global organisation with a strong presence across the globe. The finance function sits within the People Team, with 5 payroll professionals based on site. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise will be highly valued.

Your New Role
As Interim Payroll Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process across multiple international sites. You'll be responsible for managing the monthly payroll for approximately 500 employees. Reporting jointly to the Global Director of Compensation & Benefits and the Director of People, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery during a period of transition.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A strong track record of managing international payrolls
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with ADP is desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with global stakeholders
