Analyse performance using tools like Salesforce and Power BI to track pipeline, lead quality, event ROI, and campaign impact. Report results and recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basis. Ideal Candidate Profile: 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing - ideally with exposure to public sector marketing in the UK. Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns, including ABM, webinars, and live events. Familiarity with the public sector landscape (government, healthcare, education) and its procurement models. Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with performance metrics, Salesforce, and Power BI. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities without heavy supervision. Confident communicator and team player who can align diverse stakeholders across departments and regions. Knowledge of the collaboration or workplace technology space is a bonus. You will be home/office based depending on preference. About the role: Design, strategize, activate and oversee our client's media planning in EMEAR, aligned to their Always On Journeys and Launches, as part of the client's in-house paid media team. Always On Journey (AOJ) Media Manager designs and directs the media strategy, investment planning, operations, agency relationship, media planning, approval and coordinated execution. Aligned by journey, they ensure an engaging, connected and personalized experience across all media channels. They provide guidance on standardized media execution & optimization and work closely with Omni-channel Journey Manager, Online Audience Manager, Audience Expert, Operations team as well as manage the relationship with our agency account team. You'll be able to use your deep paid media expertise to help drive real business results - not just show efficiencies on a media plan. Your previous media experiences will make you a strong contributor, helping the client build a better digital marketing organization for the EMEAR region.
