What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Refrigeration Engineer, with a strong background in commercial or facilities management environments. F-Gas certification is essential. A relevant NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification. Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills across a diverse range of refrigeration systems. Thorough understanding of refrigeration cycles, controls, and components . Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Full UK driving license . Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with a professional and client-focused approach. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Develop and maintain customer relationships by ensuring completed work is of high quality and within agreed timescales and offering suitable solutions to any issues that arise during the course of the working day. Promote the sale of additional parts, spares and maintenance/service contracts to existing customers to maximize service revenue. Work with Sales of Service and Region Sales teams in providing leads and opportunities where possible. Comply with relevant service procedures for completing and submitting paperwork in a timely manner Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge: Technical apprenticeship or equivalent secondary education in a refrigeration and or mechanical/electrical discipline. 3 years relevant experience in a service-related environment. Filtration & dryer technology - product and application knowledge, with both mechanical and technical experience considered an advantage. IT literate essential - Microsoft Office package. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Come make a World of Difference!
