Main purpose of the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Programmer to join us in this core role within the Construction Team.

This role sits within our in our Yorkshire West region, based from our regional office in Beeston, Leeds. Reporting into the Construction Director, the main purpose of the role is to manage the COINS build programme with any updates, amendments or revisions and ensuring any revised schedules are communicated to the site management teams within the region.

The Construction Programmer is also responsible for monitoring progress on build schedule and identify any risks or delays in delivery and proactively manage these with recovery plans.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for completing relevant administrative work within the team.

For this position, we are looking for someone with experience within a similar role in the housebuilding/construction industry.

Skills, knowledge & experience

We are looking for an experienced Programmer who embodies our Keepmoat values; a straightforward and skilled communicator with strong organisational skills. They will be creative and apply a flexible and agile approach to their work. They will be passionate about their work with a helpful, can-do attitude. The postholder will be collaborative with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.

They will have a high level of computer literacy in MS Office, particularly excel.
