You will be delivering across a wide range of commercial buildings everything from office fit-outs to complex plant replacements and service charge disputes.
Responsibilities include:
- Design, specification, and project management of M&E refurbishments (up to £1M)
- Maintenance contract audits and re-tendering
- M&E condition surveys and dilapidations assessments
- Reviewing service charge costs and lease obligations
- Compliance advice (including MEES and EPCs)
- Producing clear, client-facing reports and technical recommendations
- Experience in a consultancy in a similar role that offers commercial services
- A degree or HNC in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering
- Has design, specification and project management skills
- Experience with audits, contracts, and statutory compliance
- Good understanding of JCT contracts and lease structures advantageous
