BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of team management experience - Proven track record of growing managed services business through cross-functional collaboration, new offering/solution definition and integration with sales teams. - Experience in Managed Service provider - managing teams delivering Managed Services to customers, IT Delivery experience working in a customer facing role with a high level of accountability. - Hands on experience leading large-scale cloud based IT transformation projects - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - AWS Certifications - Masters/MBA degree - Experience and Certification in ITIL and/or Dev Ops Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
