URGENT: Senior QS - SME International Consultancy, C.London c£70-75k basic (2 days WFH) We are keen to speak with an eligible Senior Quantity Surveyor ASAP. Highlights: Niche cost team of 8 staff in London Day to day role is managing a public authority client with c£30m of projects including a £20m residential & art/cultural building. Post contract duties. Working with this client 3 days a week with 2 days on general PQS work, pre-contract cost planning etc (higher education / healthcare sectors) Working flexibility is 2 days WFH. Tangible progression to Associate level.
