Team PA - 12 month FTC - Life Sciences - West- End

Your new role

Provide administrative support across departments Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO Manage diaries and schedule meetings (in-person and virtual) Coordinate travel and expenses using SAP Concur and TravelPerk Handle internal and external communications Support company events, Town Halls, and social gatherings Assist with onboarding new team members Maintain documents on SharePoint and monitor office supplies Support ad-hoc tasks across departments, including Finance
What you'll needto succeed
Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proactive, flexible, and approachable attitude Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities High attention to detail Discretion when handling sensitive information Previous admin experience beneficial but not essential Comfortable working across UK, European, and US East Coast time zones
