We have a fantastic opportunity for a PMO (Reporting & Insights Manager) to join our team based nationally with flexible working.The salary on offer is from £70,000, with eligibility for our annual 10% bonus and £3500 car allowance.

About the role:

The PMO Reporting and Insights Manager is responsible for overseeing portfolio reporting, value management, risks, issues, and dependencies. Reporting to the PMO Transformation Lead, this role drives excellence in portfolio governance by providing accurate data, actionable insights, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. The role involves operational execution of governance processes, value management, and team leadership, ensuring the portfolio delivers its strategic objectives efficiently and effectively.

What you will bring to the role:

Delivering high-quality, clear, and impactful portfolio performance reporting and insights, including Board and Executive papers. Detailing changes, risks, issues to inflight projects and performance and any trend observations.
Providing guidance and support to project managers on project management processes, tools and techniques.
Monitoring and reporting centrally on project progress, risks and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Leading and overseeing the work of the PMO team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing changes to enhance the effectiveness of the PMO and project delivery.
Developing and implementing project management policies and procedures to ensure consistency across the organisation.
Providing guidance and support to portifolio PMO analysts in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Facilitating communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Evaluating and consolidating governance outputs, including risks, issues, dependencies, supply vs demand, cost and value, change control, gate stages, and lessons learned.
Overseeing portfolio value management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial interlocks with the Finance team.
Providing actionable recommendations to improve portfolio delivery and value realisation to champion a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency
