Working alongside our General Manager you will manage the sales and marketing processes across the home. You will ensure the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department whilst meeting and exceeding budget targets - filling the home with the agreed client base and maximizing revenue. The HAA will demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and customer service at all times whilst promoting the values and vision of the Cinnamon Care Collection. Our HAA's are expected to promote the home and to carry out external business development, establishing community and professional links Main Responsibilities: Update the Sales & Marketing activity database on an ongoing basis and produce activity reports on a daily, weekly or ad hoc basis.
