Neighbourhood Housing Lead - Housing Management

£19.75 per hour

Permanent Full Time 35 hours

South East London and Kent

1-2 days in office, rest agile working across patch and home

Must have a valid license and access to a car for work use

We're currently supporting the recruitment of a Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join a newly restructured Housing Management Team, focused on delivering an outstanding service to residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused, proactive individual looking to make a real impact in their community.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you'll take ownership of a local housing patch (typically (Apply online only) homes), becoming the key point of contact for residents and playing a central role in improving satisfaction, trust, and housing outcomes. You'll support the delivery of a consistent, resident-first service and contribute to shaping a modern housing management approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a reliable, consistent service in collaboration with the wider Housing Management team
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with residents
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring residents feel supported and heard
  • Represent the service across your local patch, aligned with designated local authority areas

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems with resilience and a positive attitude
  • Comfortable challenging processes to improve outcomes for residents
  • Highly organised, with excellent time and workload management
  • Experience working with a diverse customer base
  • Confident managing multiple stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a similar housing-related role is essential
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
