Job Description

About the Role:
One of my local government clients are currently seeking for an organised and detail-oriented Admin Support Officer for a short-term temporary contract. You will assist in reviewing and updating data in Excel to ensure accuracy and readiness for mail merge operations linked to a legal notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-check and validate existing data in Excel spreadsheets.

  • Amend and update data to eliminate inaccuracies or duplications.

  • Prepare documentation and data for mail merge purposes.

  • Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven administrative experience.

  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience with data validation, entry, and mail merge tasks.

  • Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
