As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and supported to develop your skills in sourcing, placing, and managing professionals across a variety of disciplines. Initially, you will play a key role in filling both permanent and contract roles. Upon successful pass of probation, you may be offered the opportunity to build your own client base, using a 360 model.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Advertise roles, screen candidates and arrange interviews.
- Manage job vacancies and match suitable candidates to client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with a variety of candidates.
- Negotiate offers for both permanent and contract placements.
- Work towards personal KPIs and team sales targets.
