Job Description

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and supported to develop your skills in sourcing, placing, and managing professionals across a variety of disciplines. Initially, you will play a key role in filling both permanent and contract roles. Upon successful pass of probation, you may be offered the opportunity to build your own client base, using a 360 model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Advertise roles, screen candidates and arrange interviews.
  • Manage job vacancies and match suitable candidates to client requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with a variety of candidates.
  • Negotiate offers for both permanent and contract placements.
  • Work towards personal KPIs and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, target-driven and passionate about high performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Sales or customer service experience (beneficial).
