We have multiple exciting vacancies for Prescribing and Non Prescribing Clinical Pharmacists based anywhere in the UK as these roles are home based. Successful candidates will earn an extremely competitive salary which can be negotiated to match the candidates skills and qualifications, this can be discussed at interview stage. The post holder will be an experienced clinical pharmacist, who acts within their professional boundaries, to develop, and work within a team of pharmacists. They will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team taking responsibility for areas of chronic disease management and undertake clinical medication reviews.
