We are recruiting for a Home Care Assistant on behalf of a high-quality local homecare provider who support elderly clients in Ledbury and the surrounding towns and villages to live fulfilling and independent lives in the comfort of their own homes. On offer for the successful Home Care Assistant is: Set hourly rates Monday to Friday until 5pm of £13.00, Weekdays after 6pm this rises to £13.50 and at Weekends to £14.50. A role that offers flexible hours of between 16 and 35 which are agreed during the interview process. Paid mileage - 45p per mile and paid travel time. Double pay for Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Blue light card. 20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays (Pro Rata based on hours / days worked) Pension scheme.
