Location: Basildon, England

£50,000 - £70,000 Per Annum

Hybrid Working

We are seeking an Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team working on a Large Utilities Framework on their Essex site on a permanent basis.

Our client is a leading UK-based infrastructure services provider with a strong presence in the Utilities, Hospital, Ports and Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects
• Measure and value works for applications, variations, and final accounts
• Identify and notify Early Warnings and Compensation Events
• Ensure contracts across the supply chain are fit for purpose
• Produce and manage Cash Flow Forecasts and CVRs
• Lead monthly project reviews and chair meetings

Requirements:

• Strong understanding NEC3/4 and other contract forms such as JCT.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline (or HNC with relevant experience)
• Proficient in MS Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
• Previous experience working on Utilities projects is highly desirable.
