The Vacancy

WPS are looking for an experienced Site Surveyor to join our Responsive Maintenance team, supporting a key social housing client . This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in social housing and a passion for delivering high-quality maintenance and voids work across a geographically diverse patch.

You'll be based out of our Redditch office, with hybrid working options available, and will be responsible for overseeing works across the region down to Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce commercial outputs and monitor cost control across responsive repairs and voids.
  • Liaise with client representatives to ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Ensure timely production of valuations and invoicing.
  • Support communication between WPS and the client to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of costs, authorisations, and recoveries.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Site Surveyor, ideally within the social housing sector .
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Understanding of maintenance and property management legislation.
