As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong market presence.
Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients in the DACH region
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
Manage the full sales cycle - from outreach, demos, and proposals to negotiations and closing deals
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target companies
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to feedback on market trends and customer needs
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Fluent in German (C2/native level) and English (business proficiency)
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a SaaS or B2B tech environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of the DACH market and cultural nuances
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn new tools and solutions quickly
