Account Manager - Hybrid in Newcastle

  • Salary up to 60k + commission
  • Hybrid in Newcastle city centre 2 days a week onsite

About the client:

My client is a mid-size IT Consultancy going from strength to strength so it's a great time to join the team. They work with a diverse range of clients across industries such as Education, Financial Services, Renewable, Healthcare.

Experience:

We're looking for someone with prior tech consultancy/ RPO account management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and a previous track record of building and maintaining client relationships. You'll be someone who's confident managing projects, people resources and experienced maximizing / growing accounts

We'll need you to have a a deep understanding of what the company can offer and have the ability to create and present client proposals / pitches at a technical level. You'll be responsible for continually refining strategies and initiatives and will have the opportunity to travel to visit clients ensuring their requirements are consistently being met at a high standard as expected.

You'll be developing trusted, long-term relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are consistently understood and addressed through tailored solutions. The role will also involve you analysing account metrics regularly as well as managing your accounts grown and financial performance.
