Job Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Recovery Practitioner to join our team in Hertfordshire on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with an opiate caseload and will be responsible for providing support to individuals dealing with substance misuse issues.

- Work with clients on opiate caseload to support their recovery journey
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored recovery plans
- Provide one-to-one and group support sessions
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions
