An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join a leading regeneration business operating across the public and private sectors. This is a fully flexible, hybrid role, with excellent scope for progression and a competitive package up to £80k.

The Role

Working on exciting social housing projects, you ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process - leading the strategy, coordination, and delivery of compelling submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, from initial capture planning to post-submission feedback
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technical, commercial, and design inputs
• Ensure high-quality, persuasive, and compliant tender submissions
• Develop win strategies, themes, and storyboards aligned with client drivers
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement in bid processes and tools

About You:

• Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager within the social housing refurbishment/planned works sector.
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement and frameworks (e.g., JCT, NEC, D&B)
• Excellent communication, writing, and organisational skills
• Ability to work flexibly and autonomously across a range of projects
• Collaborative and commercially astute
