Asbestos Surveyor & AFM Analyst

Duties will include, in part;

• Undertaking Management Surveys
• Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
• Preparation of Survey Reports
• Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with site visits
• Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with asbestos removal specifications
• Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with method statements

The Candidate;

The successful candidates should hold qualifications as above for Asbestos AFM Analyst and Asbestos Surveyor: BOHS P402 and BOHS P403 and P404 or equivalent Asbestos Surveying qualifications (e.g.: RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying and RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures)
